LOVE · Relational Sovereignty

You do not need the other
to be different for you
to be whole.

LOVE is two-sided. It is the wound you meet in wholeness within yourself, and the partner you meet as a sacred mirror — inner work and outer work, neither one finished without the other.

Inner work: meeting your own wounding

This is the work of turning toward what's yours before it gets projected onto anyone else — the father wound, the lineage patterns, the places safety got confused with sacrifice. In Gene Keys terms, it's the movement from Shadow to Gift to Siddhi: not fixing the wounded part, but finding what it's actually protecting, and letting its highest frequency come forward. It's ongoing work I live myself. There isn't a packaged offer for it yet — for now it lives in the Substack writing, in the Gene Keys path underneath everything else here, and in the 1:1 sessions I already hold.

Voices From the Work
"What stood out the most was how safe and understood I felt during our sessions — you have a very gentle and intuitive way of guiding that made it easy for me to open up. One of the key insights I gained was recognizing how certain situations can still trigger a younger part of me, and how a 'protector' within me tends to keep the peace by holding me back from fully expressing myself. Your approach never felt overwhelming or forceful — you created a space where I could explore both my vulnerable and protective parts at my own pace, with more compassion and less judgment."

Agreements & accountability · A day-90 assessment · Two sovereign people, in genuine exchange

LOVE · Container

The Sovereign Container

A 90-day relational initiation for two committed partners, built on four things working together — agreements that are behavioral, not aspirational; outside accountability so no one heals in isolation; clear consequences when an agreement breaks; and a daily body practice, because insight alone doesn't rewire a nervous system, repetition does. Includes a weekly check-in and a day-90 assessment.
